1. General Refund Rules

• All payments made on BOOSTGH are final and non-refundable.

• Once an order has been placed and started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Refunds are issued only as account balance, not back to your bank, mobile money, or card.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

You may receive a balance refund if:

✔ A service fails completely

If BOOSTGH cannot deliver your order at all, the full amount will be returned to your account balance.

✔ A service is partially delivered

If an order is only partially completed, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount not delivered.

✔ A service is unavailable

If a service becomes unavailable after ordering, the full amount will be returned to your BOOSTGH balance.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Wrong username, link, or details entered by the user

• Private accounts (when a service requires a public profile)

• Orders placed for unsupported content

• Sudden drops caused by the social media platform

• Delays caused by service overload

• Duplicate orders placed by mistake

• Orders already marked as “Completed”

BOOSTGH is not responsible for issues caused by external platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or X (Twitter).

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Opening a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate account suspension.

• All chargebacks are considered fraudulent because services are digital and delivered automatically.

• To resolve issues, always contact our support team first.

5. Balance & Payments

• All refunded amounts are added only as credit balance inside your BOOSTGH account.

• Balance cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted back into cash.

• Any gift balance, promotions, or bonuses are non-refundable.

6. Canceling Orders

• Orders that are already processing or completed cannot be canceled.

• Orders that have not been started may be canceled if requested quickly.
